Surviving Still Coaching was created for individuals who are navigating healing, identity, and personal growth after difficult life experiences.
I believe healing happens best in spaces that are calm, compassionate, and free from pressure or judgment. My approach to coaching is trauma-informed and faith-based, offering support that honors each person’s story and pace.
Coaching sessions are conversational and reflective, focused on building self-awareness, clarity, and forward movement. This work is not about fixing you — it’s about supporting you as you take your next gentle step.
Surviving Still Coaching does not provide therapy or clinical mental health services. Coaching is designed to complement, not replace, professional mental health care when needed.
My work is informed by graduate-and doctoral-level education in counseling-related studies, including a Master's degree and ongoing doctoral studies focused on human development, care, and counseling.
I have completed specialized training in trauma-informed care and hold certifications in Military & First Responder Mental Health.
I am currently completing additional training in Human Flourishing and Mental Health Coaching.
My approach is grounded in compassion, ethical practice, and a faith-informed understanding of dignity, restoration, and whole-person care.
I offer trauma-informed coaching and support, not clinical therapy or medical treatment. I do not diagnose mental health conditions or provide psychotherapy.
When appropriate, I encourage and support clients in working alongside licensed mental health or medical professionals as part of a holistic approach to care.
My role is to walk alongside you with clarity, safety, and respect—meeting you where you are, not where you “should” be.
This work is rooted in dignity, restoration, and the belief that healing unfolds in safe, supported spaces.
